Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lime Plasterer with good all round general building experience to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a variety of but not limited to: Lime plastering, lime pointing, roofing, block/brick work, This role requires technical proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver work to the highest standards within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
  • Mixing Lime and other products to manufactures requirements.
  • Plastering, Pointing, cob work, other general building duties.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on existing structures.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to a professional standard.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lime Plasterer preferably within a commercial or professional setting.
  • Strong knowledge of different building techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Relevant qualifications or completion of a recognised apprenticeship in Construction (desirable).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional environment.
  • Full UK driving licence (Essential).
