- Complete an enquiry or lead form in one of our adverts on Facebook or Instagram (these are run through Meta Lead Ads).

When you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (“Meta”) collects your responses on our behalf and passes them to us so we can respond to your enquiry.

Through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms we collect:

- The type of project you are enquiring about
- Whether you own the plot or property
If you contact us in other ways we may also collect your email address and any details you choose to share about your project.
Why we use your information, and our lawful basis
We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiry, call you back, and arrange a free no-obligation site visit.
- Prepare a quote and discuss your project.
- Keep a record of our contact with you.

- Scale Studios, who manage our advertising and pass new enquiries to us so we can respond quickly. They act as our data processor and only use your information to deliver that service.
- Service providers who help us send notifications or store records, acting under our instructions.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for as long as we have a working relationship plus the period required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
